Dr. Philipp Rösler was born on 24th February 1973 in Vietnam/Khanh Hung. In November 1973, he was adopted to Germany and grew up in Hamburg-Harburg and Bückeburg. He has been married to Wiebke Rösler since 2002 and has two daughters.
